Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 10 days, depending on stock availability, after payment is received. Packages can also be shipped with a signature required for delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us before selecting this shipping method, as it incurs additional charges.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees. The handling fee is fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package; carriers may charge us additional fuel surcharges. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each one. You also have the option to pick up your order yourself once it’s ready, and for all orders over $250, we offer free delivery on Montreal’s South Shore.
No returns are accepted, as the custom print on the garment cannot be removed or restored.
