I’m Gia, the owner of Génix Pro Impression. Even though my name sounds a lot like “AI” and I consider myself very intelligent, we’re not related in any way. I’m a real person, and I’m a few years older than the AIs out there that are now taking over the internet. So when you call here, I’ll be the one to answer and help you with your purchases.
If you need a logo for your business—and since I’m also a graphic designer by trade—I’ll be able to suggest a few designs that I’ve created myself.

If you don’t have a business but are looking for a specific garment design for a special occasion, I’d be happy to create it for you.
We don’t use any defective clothing batches sold all over the internet here; I only use brand-new, high-quality clothing. However, if you have a very specific item of clothing you’d like to have printed—such as jeans, a coat, etc.—we can do that by inspecting the fabric to see if it’s suitable for sublimation and/or printing.

It is a pleasure for me to help you choose the right garment for you. I try to buy only products made in Canada, and when
that is not possible, I always prioritize South America to avoid the USA.

    Payment and delivery

    You can make payments online using a credit card or PayPal, but you can also pay via Interac e-Transfer or even in person if you prefer and if that makes you feel more secure.

    Please allow approximately 3 to 15 business days for shipping, depending on inventory and available sizes. We will let you know if the model you selected is not currently available so that you can either choose a different model or wait, whichever you prefer.

    You also have the option to avoid paying shipping fees by picking up your order directly here; this option is available in the shipping choices when you place your order. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

      Our Warranty

      Although the garment is guaranteed against manufacturing defects (defective seams) and/or printing defects, I would like to note that all garments are inspected before printing to ensure that printing is not done on a defective garment.

      Once the garment has been printed with your custom design, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or if the size doesn’t fit. For this reason, a size guide is provided with each product to help you choose the right size for you.

      I’d like to mention that all sizes are Canadian, so if you wear a Medium, select Medium and not 4XL, as none of our garments are manufactured in Asia.

      Regarding the print, we strongly recommend that you do not wash your garments with bleach or wash them at all for the first 3 days after receiving them.
